I think I was on a glaze kick when I put the March assembly together! 😛

Anyway, the Salty Chocolate Pretzel Rye cookies are for the folks who don't want overly sweet... I know... I don't get it, either! 😂 jk

The rye flour is more robust than regular baking flour, so the cookies have a more substantial texture. Dark chocolate and mini pretzels also help to cut the sweetness factor. I've added salt because, well, salt.

The Lemon Poppyseed are light and lemony.

The Apricot Cream Cheese are also on the less sweet side, with toasted walnuts and a slightly tangy apricot center. I've made the center from plumped dried apricots, so they pack a fresh punch. I gave the cookies a little drizzle to cut the less sweet elements.

I will be baking up April Naked next week!

Have a great weekend 👍

These Red Velvet cookies are made with the traditional "tang" and a white chocolate-cream cheese emulsion mixed in!

These are available on the February Naked menu!

One of my daughters is gluten sensitive, so I'm always looking for treats I can make for her that won't leave her feeling deprived... or unable to share with friends!

This Cookie Dough brownie knocks it out of the park!

I consider the crumb of the brownie to be on the cake-like side, full of chocolate flavor. The cookie dough is made with almond flour, butter, cream, and confectioners sugar loaded with semisweet chips. The top layer consists of more semisweet chocolate finished with candy coated chocolate sprinkles.

Even if you aren't gluten sensitive, you will not be disappointed if a square of these brownies ends up on your dessert plate! 🤗

These brownies will be made available year-round. 👍
