Fuel Station update:
On June 2, 3, 4 and 5, the Fuel Station will open at noon instead of 9 a.m. due to employee training.

It's dividend distribution day! Donna and Ammie will be in the OC office starting at 9 a.m. to hand out checks. Direct deposits should start showing up today as well. Some banks and mail routes take longer than others, so no need for concern if you don't see it right away. The second distribution will be paid out in late November 2026, pending Board action at their September quarterly meeting. Department of Fish & Game wildlife biologists will be on the North Slope between June 5 and 10 conducting caribou calving surveys. Much of the work will be around Teshekpuk Lake with some surveying around Atqasuk and Nuiqsut.

Memorial Day Announcement:
The Olgoonik Store, Hotel & Restaurant will be closed Monday, May 25 and will reopen Tuesday, May 26.

The Fuel Station will be open for fuel sales on May 25 to serve our community and the ongoing whaling crews, but all fuel deliveries requested will be charged a call out fee after 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 23 until 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26.

Call outs are $250.

If your proxy packet has not arrived in the mail yet and you would like to receive your voting PIN to access online voting and read the online proxy statement, please call Inspector of Elections, Sramek-Hightower, at (907) 677-3320.

Voting is open at www.olgoonikvote.com and proxies can also be submitted by mail. We have shareholder computers available for online voting at the Anchorage and Wainwright offices during business hours. Any eligible shareholder can choose to vote in person at the Annual Meeting on June 13.

If you miss the early bird deadline, all eligible shareholder voters still have until 5 p.m. on June 10 to file their proxies with the Inspector and be entered into the regular door prize drawing. All voters who file valid proxies by the deadline, or who vote at the Annual Meeting, will be entered into the drawing.
