Tennyson MS Bands

Here is our final newsletter of the school year.

We can't wait to celebrate our students and a stellar school year! We hope to see you there!

Wednesday night is our Advanced Bands Spring Concert (Concert, Symphonic and Honors Bands) at 6:30 PM at the UNIVERSITY HIGH SCHOOL PERFORMING ARTS CENTER. Honors Band students need to meet at the UHS PAC at 5:15 in their concert black uniform to practice on the stage and get some sound checks prior to the concert since we will have a professional recording engineer recording our concert for the State CC Honor Band application. Call time for Concert and Symphonic Band will be 6:00 in concert black (families should aim to arrive between 5:45 and 6 PM). Mrs. Tucker will conduct a parent meeting at 6 PM while Mr. Meza and Mr. Childers get their students settled and take attendance. This will be a wonderful concert showcasing just how much our students have grown. They are reading above grade level in all bands. We are extremely proud of their hard work.
