It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Theresa (Terry) Dwyer, beloved wife of Don Dwyer, who founded our company in 1981 (originally known as The Dwyer Group, now Neighborly).

Terry was matriarch to her family, including six children, 14 grandchildren, 18 (and counting) great-grandchildren, and many other family members, as well as the Neighborly family. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Dwyer family during this difficult time.

Terry was a pillar of strength, kindness, and unwavering support—not only to her family, but for years, to the company that grew from her husband’s vision more than 40 years ago. Her warmth and generosity touched so many lives, and her legacy of love and dedication will always be remembered with fondness and gratitude.
