If there’s one thing I’m going to slander on my platform, it’s hot yoga 😂

No honestly, I’m sure hot yoga is great but the way it has so many of my clients in an acne chokehold is crazy.

Acne+humid heat+sweating+45 mins or longer=fungus & bacteria. Which causes more acne and even fungal acne to grow.

Make sure you’re consistently wiping your face with a microfiber towel throughout and spraying your face at least 2x throughout an hour long work out. Not to mention, washing your face right before and after the work out.

Breakouts after extractions could be purging but not always🤍
