The last time I heard its illegal to stop someone without probable cause. The last time I heard its a person has protection against illegal search and seizure. The last time I heard you do have the right to peaceful enjoyment of events without harassment, intimidation, and interference. We do have guaranteed rights under the United States Constitution.
