With full hearts, we celebrate Michelle and the incredible impact she has made as the First in Line Program Manager. 💚
Her leadership has been rooted in care, connection, and an unwavering belief in every First in Line student. She has helped build more than a program, she has helped cultivate a community where students are seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.
As Michelle steps into her new role with Waco Family Medicine, we are excited for the continued impact she will make, while also being deeply grateful for all she has poured into First in Line.

Our small groups help first year FIL students have mentorship with other FIL peer leaders. This allows our FIL students to grow in a space with people in the same community and adapt to the college life easier.
