🚿 Luxury Bathroom Remodel Update – Temple, TX 🚿

We’ve made some major progress on this custom bathroom remodel in Temple, TX, and this one is turning into an incredible transformation.

The original layout featured a dated drop-in tub, smaller shower, and a closet that was taking up valuable space. After working through the design with the homeowners, we completely reimagined the bathroom to create a much more open, modern, and functional layout.

Here’s what’s been completed so far:
✔️ Removed the old drop-in tub and shower
✔️ Removed the closet to significantly enlarge the shower area
✔️ Installed a fully waterproofed and sealed shower system from floor to ceiling
✔️ Installed a custom multi-body spray shower system
✔️ Added two matching custom 4-foot LED-lit niches — one in the shower and one above the future freestanding bathtub
✔️ Installed ultra-large format wall tile for a sleek, modern look
✔️ Added a textured dark accent tile wall in the shower for contrast and depth
✔️ Installed marble-look flooring tile throughout the bathroom and shower area

Once completed, this bathroom will feature a beautiful freestanding soaking tub, a large custom tempered glass shower wall, modern lighting, and a true spa-style feel.

One of the biggest goals with this project was creating a space that feels brighter, larger, and more luxurious while also improving functionality for everyday use. The homeowners are absolutely loving the progress so far, and honestly, we’re pretty excited about this one too.

🚿 1950s Shower Transformation – Built for Better Access & Long-Term Performance

This project was a major upgrade from the original mid-1950s shower into a cleaner, brighter, and more accessible walk-in shower.

The original shower had older tile, a dated framed glass door system, and signs of water-related wear over the years. We removed the old materials, addressed the problem areas, and rebuilt the space with a fully sealed and waterproof shower system designed to last.

For this remodel, we converted the shower into an ADA-friendly curbless entry, making access much easier and safer. We also installed new marble-look large-format wall tile, matching floor tile, corner shower shelves, an upgraded shower valve, and a fresh layout that makes the entire space feel brighter and more open.

Because we used large-format tile on the shower floor, we completed an envelope cut on the shower pan to allow proper slope and drainage while keeping the clean tile look the homeowner wanted.
