Merry Christmas and our Edge Family!

Had the most amazing time remembering the magic that is Christmas, the wonder of seeing rooms full of people not just singing Christmas carols but truly worshiping. It is always remarkable. I was reminded of that line from The Chronicles of Narnia when Queen Lucy says, “Once in our world, a stable had something in it that was bigger than our whole world.”

A very big God made Himself so lowly so that we may know Him, and that truth felt alive in every moment and we made a very big deal about this very good God. All hail King Jesus!

Worshiping alongside so many people, singing with joy, and being led into worship by , who was Spirit-filled and full of joy every night, was truly inspiring. I am grateful to have been along for the ride, bringing Christmas cheer, hitting a drum, playing a harmonium, strumming an acoustic, and all the whatnot. It was a gift to be part of it.
