Regardless of any circumstances, YOU get to decide the life you want and how you feel every minute of the day. How? By what you CHOOSE to believe about your self, your circumstances, your interactions with those around you.

Two of the most powerful questions are “is this true?” and “does this belief serve me?” Is the meaning you’re giving to past circumstances, past interactions, beliefs about who you are what you’re capable of, actually true? Are those beliefs serving how you want to feel? Or are they resulting in judgment, shame, and guilt?

YOU have the power to change your thoughts, thereby changing the world around you. Your past does not define your future - and it’s no one else’s fault or responsibility.

I know what it’s like to struggle to get out of bed in the morning, to not be able to make a simple decision because of racing thoughts. I know how deep grief actually goes when all you can do is double over in pain. I know how it feels when life totally gets derailed and you have to start over, letting go of what you thought life would be and go into the unknown alone.
