TM Grading, LLC is exploring a work-for-access trade opportunity with a local ranch owner.

We are a licensed California Class A general engineering contractor specializing in:
• Ranch & farm road grading and maintenance
• Asphalt paving and repairs (farm roads, yards, pads, approaches)
• Culvert / corrugated pipe installation
• Rock base and access road improvements
• Drainage and erosion control

In exchange for our services, we’re interested in private ranch access for lawful shooting and hunting for my immediate family and me. We are:
• Respectful, responsible, and safety-focused
• Willing to agree to clear rules, schedules, and boundaries
• Open to written agreements if preferred

This could be a great fit for a ranch that needs road, drainage, or paving improvements and values a long-term, trustworthy relationship.
