That one time I did a school project on something I’m passionate about and it was kids in car seats! So here is a reminder, it’s a CHEST CLIP not a belly clip! Also if the child is forward facing, the straps go above their shoulders, rear facing below there shoulders. Take the jacket off before placing child in the car seat and put the jacket over them after they are bucked up, if u don’t, see the pictures after the jacket and how much room was between the jacket and my kid. Also don’t rush getting them to forward face or to get them out of car seats! Drivers suck around here and everybody is in a hurry, this is the one thing you can do you best in when it comes to child safety! Read the requirements to install the seat correctly into the car and then how to safely place your child! Protect these babies in the car at all costs!!! Also CAR SEATS EXPIRE! So look for that information as well usually about every 10 years or so!!! So share this if you want to give car seat safety awareness! Ask me questions as well. My kiddo was in a car seat for ever and then in a booster till the age of 9! Still rides in the back seat at 11. It’s all about safety!!
