Your HubSpot dashboard looks great. But is it telling you the truth?

Sales promises: Follow-up timelines, feedback cadence, deal reporting, content usage data.

Without SLAs, you get dysfunction. Marketing says sales doesn't follow up. Sales says marketing sends bad leads. Both are usually right because there's no shared accountability.

Working SLAs are specific, reviewed regularly, and enforced by leadership.

Aligned teams don't happen because people get along. They happen because systems create accountability.
