A lot of times when we think about chicken wings it’s in a variety of cooking methods & types, fried, grilled, smoked…in this case we took some flats & sautéed them with clarified butter & EVOO in a cast iron skillet with Smoked Paprika & Lemon Pepper sautéed cherry tomatoes 🍅 with spinach, served with Blood Orange Margarita….whose hungry

Today and every day, we honor the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen, whose contributions to history cannot be erased.⁠ ⁠ We want to spotlight one of their own, Brigadier General Charles McGee. Drafted into the Tuskegee Airmen while a sophomore at the University of Illinois, McGee went on to become one of the most celebrated pilots in U.S. history. The Tuskegee Airmen were the first Black military aviators in the U.S. service corps, breaking barriers even before the creation of the U.S. Air Force. McGee dedicated more than three decades to his country, flying over 400 combat missions in Korea, Vietnam, and World War II.
