Here is one I just finished last week for some great repeat clients. The old original wooden deck had become rotten and very dangerous. After multiple conversations with the owners we decided the best route to go was remove it and replace it with a brick and stamped concrete patio with vinyl handrails. It was designed with a continuous large footing so it can be easily be converted to a room addition or screened in porch and the floor system and footing are already in place for the roof load. Here are some before and after pictures.

Well folks Im wrapping up with another large remodel. I have had the pleasure of working the last 5 months with the nicest clients (Ben and Brenda) that I have ever worked with and working again with some one the best subcontractors in the business. We took the top of the house off and added over a 2000 sq. ft. second story, then totally remodeled the rest of the house.
