We have tweaked our "Learning League" to become even more instructional. Introducing our new Thursday Night Learning + Open Play...with IFB - that's Interrupted Feedback. Here's how it works: We work on a single technique/tactic/strategy for 30 minutes and then go into open play - attempting to integrate what you just learned into your game play. At times your game may be interrupted with commentary to reinforce what was learned earlier. Here at The Cape - we are committed to your improvement! Thursday Night Learning + Open Play happens each and every Thursday evening from 7 to 9pm. Come on out and give it a try!

And while we're on the subject of praising our Junior Elites, WAY TO GO, Deja Thomas, who brought home the gold in Virginia HS Girls Doubles Tennis Class 6, Region A. Deja is a long time standout in our Head Pro, Dan McCain's Elite Junior Program.
