I have started my day like this everyday for the last 3 years and I can say that although my eating habits right now need to be controlled and those winter 10 pounds need to be dropped I have not had a healthier 3 years in my life. I have been able to avoid all of the nasty bugs that have gone around and have kept my family healthy. Now to get ready for swimsuit season!
