We’re excited to introduce Delisha Thomas, a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Psychometrist who is passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive.
Delisha specializes in supporting individuals navigating trauma, emotional distress, and a wide range of mental health challenges. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she helps clients build healthier thinking patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and improve overall brain health.
Her goal is simple but powerful: to create a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where every client feels heard and supported on their journey to personal growth.
Delisha brings a wealth of experience from:

Adriana earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Science (2020) and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2024) from Northern Kentucky University. With a strong passion for helping others, she has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities.
Her clinical background includes supporting individuals navigating:

✔️ Schizophrenia spectrum disorders
