Insurance estimate submitted. Water was leaking outside of the shower and damaged the wood subfloor and the drywall ceiling downstairs. The job will be replace wood subfloor under shower and bathroom, new full tile shower, new LVP flooring throughout upstairs, painting, plumbing and drywall. Yes, insurance will cover this type of leak.
