Lavish Development

Hey everyone! I know I don't post often, but today, I strongly urge you to express my gratitude. I'm incredibly thankful for my life - my wonderful wife, our amazing kids, and the supportive family circle we're blessed with.

By the way, this is Brad's writing, not Emily's! This Thanksgiving, we celebrated in Utah for the first time in almost a decade. It was a different experience but still wonderfully heartwarming. I skipped the traditional turkey bowl this year - Emily jokingly warned me she wouldn't nurse me back to health if I got injured, especially with our Hawaii trip the next day!

It's truly awe-inspiring to witness the changes and growth in families during this season. Our little family here in Vineyard, Utah, feels incredibly fortunate to be living our dream. I hope all of you are having a splendid holiday season, too!

Embracing this project with multiple perspectives: as a general contractor, I'm thrilled about the job creation for Vineyard. As a resident, the vision of a walkable, vibrant downtown delights me. With my MRED background, having studied TOD projects, it's incredible to live near such an initiative. In light of Utah County's housing shortage, it's commendable to see a city prioritize the greater community over the vocal minority's objections.
