Ran into these young men today. I met them 10 years ago when I left higher education and went to the high school side. They really have impacted my professional career and my life. This only a few. They said 10 year reunion?! FCA Alumni, yall down?!?! Shoutout to FCA for changing my life iykyk.
BLACK BOY JOY CONFERENCE RECAP
I enjoyed myself at the conference this year. My session was on THEY NOT LIKE US which focused on empowering young black boys about using their own strengths and super powers to leverage spaces that aren’t set up for them. Reminding them that no one is like them because they are individuals who were made to be different! Therefore they not like us! More photos to come!

After winning the competition (more news to come about that) and representing Villanova, they decided to include me in an article that talked all about my experience. And the winner is…
Had the pleasure of representing and the MPA problem against students from across the country. My team included individuals from Cornel University, U. Baltimore, U. Houston, UAlbany, and URochester! A great experience nonetheless. And shoutout to my guy who participated as well! We were 2 of 3 students to represent Nova! After sitting on my computer from 10:30am-6:00pm, the team and I came out on top! 1st place!! ✌🏾🧡
