We are heading to TX, and the crew we are meeting up with requested brookies (please and thank you). 🫶

ps. I must be doing something right consider8ng I got multiple requests for a variety of desserts for this trip. 😅

2 Tier "Modern" Birthday Cake

This request came as a referral from a previous client!!!

I was shown inspiration photos of various cakes and the most common thing was this color scheme. (Black / Grey / Gold)

The top tier is Strawberry and the base tier is Vannila with Cream Cheese Icing between the layers. Externally, it is decorated with Black Butter Cream and Marbeled Black/ White Fondant, then finished the rough edge with Edible Gold Paint.

The client wanted to be surprised by the final cake, so I brought additional decorations and a topper to "zhuzh up" the cake in case they felt it needed more.

- 3 Tier "Kappa Cake"
- 2 dz "Honey Bun" Cake Pops
- 2 dz Chocolate Covered Rice Crispy Treats
- 2 dz Mix Fruit Parfiat
- 2 dz Banana Puddings
- 1 dz Caramel / White Chocolate Pretzels Rods

p.s. It's always tough to supply treats for a big event when your husband is Dirty South and the car is packed with his essentials as well, so it helps to have a full kitchen with a view in your hotel. It's bigger than the RV kitchen. 😅
