Swim Lessons: From our 25-yard warm water pool to our unique endless pools we provide a comfortable, calm safe environment for all swimmers. Our SwimLabs technology offers state-of-the-art feedback for swimmers. Each pool and lesson area has 4 cameras set to a monitor on a delay for instant feedback on technique and progression. Swimmers can leave with a DVD to study their lesson prior to their next lesson, competition or just for fun!! With our cameras, mirrors, SwimLabs technology, adjustable currents (and more!), Machine Swim School is a state-of-the-art, one of a kind swim experience. Fitness Classes: For boutique classes with a community feel, check out TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Pound Fitness, Cardio Yoga, Standup Paddle Board Yoga and more.
