ISI is performing System Development & Enhancements, Cloud (AWS) Migration, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services for the eFAP and CAS systems for the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). eFAP and CAS are currently built using Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFMW), Java Technologies and Oracle database and operates on SEC servers on-premises. The systems will migrate to AWS replacing OFMW with AWS services and Java technologies such as Angular/ React, Spring boot, Hibernate etc. and the Oracle database will migrate to PostgreSQL on AWS S3.
Primary Responsibilities:
Configure the cloud environments including security configuration.
Develop CI-CD pipeline for automated, containerized environment setup.
Required Skills:
10+ years IT experience as a developer, not system administrator.
3+ years AWS environment configuration experience not just installing services, but setting up development environments and CI/CD pipelines for Infrastructure as Service.
Strong network and resource security experience in AWS.
Experience with clustered, container-based environment setup.
Cognito experience (needed for login.gov integration and Identity and Access Management)
CloudFormation experience is a must for resource (e.g. S3) security ABAC, RBAC, ACL.
Document and content migration experience.

Person must be able to read code and have strong skills in Dynamic and Static Application Testing (Veracode, AppScan, Fortify, Burp Suite). Must have CISSP or CEH certification.
