Today, employee ideas move from frontline experience to center stage. Five finalists will present practical solutions designed to strengthen resident care, improve operations, and create better experiences for residents, families, and team members.

Cantex’s first-ever Innovation Day is more than a competition. It reflects our belief that great ideas can come from anywhere, and that the people closest to the work can help shape the future of care.

Senior Prom 2026 at The Colonnades at Reflection Bay-Pearland was a beautiful example of the community-driven culture our teams create every day. From dancing and music to thoughtful decorations, attire, makeup, meals, and special family touches, every detail helped make the evening meaningful for residents.
