The Sub Factory

Spring Break is here, and we’re taking a quick pause this week.

We’ll be back soon and ready to go, see you next week on Tuesday, April 14 starting at 10am!

Over the past few months, we’ve had a lot of conversations as a family about the future of The Sub Factory; what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change if we want to keep moving forward in a healthy and sustainable way.

Because of that, we are making some important changes.

Starting March 3rd, our hours will be:

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

We know this will be an unpopular decision for some, and we are truly sorry for that, we didn’t make this choice lightly. But at the end of the day, it’s something we feel we NEED to do, for our family, for our future, and for the long-term health of the business.

Most of the menu will stay the same, with a few small changes. There may be additional adjustments down the road, but right now our focus is on simplifying, strengthening, and building a foundation that allows us to continue serving this community for years to come.

We especially want to acknowledge our evening customers. This was the hardest part of the decision. We are incredibly grateful for your support over the years, and please know this was not easy for us.

We’ll also be looking for lunch catering opportunities, so if your business or organization is interested, please reach out. We would love to work with you.

This is a tough decision, but one we believe is the right one. Thank you for your support, your understanding, and for being part of our journey.

We are incredibly grateful.

Thanks to the generosity of our customers and community, we raised a little over $500 in donations this year. As promised, we matched every dollar, which means we were able to spend over $1,000 on gifts for children in foster care through Glovehouse and for girls currently in treatment at Blue Ridge Eating Disorder Care Center.

What makes this so special is that every dollar was given right here in our restaurant by people who chose to give simply because they wanted to help someone else. Because of that generosity, we were able to purchase and wrap all of these gifts so that kids and girls going through really hard seasons feel loved and cared for.

Thank you to everyone who donated, supported, and continues to show what an incredible community we have.
