Meet the newest additions to the herd. These yearlings came from a cooperative breeding group in Arkansas about two months ago, and right now we're transitioning them from a feed-based diet to our Florida forage. They'll never be processed. They're gene stock, the future of our breeding program. That means they eat a little differently than the rest of the herd: a diet built for muscle growth, bone growth, and long-term health. Great beef starts generations before it reaches your table.

We get a lot of questions about how we raise our beef. Understandably.
We are selling nutrition first, it just also happens to be a fantastic steak.
So I’m happy to have those conversations with people who really want to know the nitty-gritty. It’s your right.
But if you’re less of a researcher, the simple answer is that my mother designed it. (Beege, pronounced BG)
She’s been a health food enthusiast and cancer and dementia researcher since the 80s. We grew up with a wide diet and no sugar. She taught us to pay attention to nutrition.
It’s been so central to my immediate family for our entire lives.
We developed this beef to give our mom and dad maximum nutrition and the crazy health effects that comes from high micronutrient beef. And us and our kids.
It was only meant for my family for many years. 5 years ago researchers finally were able to prove amazing health effects that come from soil like this.
We began feeling compelled to share it with our community.
