We will be closed at 5 pm on Friday, December 30th and will reopen on Tuesday, January 3rd at 8 am so our employees can enjoy the New Year celebration with friends and family. Please stay safe and we look forward to serving you in 2023.

We want to apologize for a computer glitch that happened during our month-end process on November 30th. Our internet wasn’t working well because Comcast was updating the service in our area. Our software program posted rent for both December and January. And our customers who are on autopay had their credit cards processed for double the normal rent (because the balance on the accounts was wrong). We realized this early Thursday morning and immediately voided all autopayments. If there are any erroneous charges on your account, please know the charges are being reversed. We also fixed the billing to reflect only December rent.
