Mimiaga Engineering Group provided Construction Management and Inspection services to the County Water Works Division of the City of Moorpark for the $4.8 million project which included a new influent Headworks structure with screening equipment and grit removal facilities. The work also included multiple other miscellaneous facility improvements throughout the site.

Kern County Water Agency - Garnett Water Purification Plant
The Agency has utilized Mimiaga Engineering Group construction services since 2008 in undertaking, overseeing, and closing out multiple technically challenging and process sensitive expansion projects at the treatment plant site. The overall expansion program designed to increase the Agency’s water purification and distribution peak capacity from 45 MGD to 90 MGD.

The Haley - De La Vina Bridge project.
Mimiaga Engineering Group provided Construction Management and Inspection services for the $5M replacement of the Haley/De La Vina Bridge originally constructed in 1915. The project including a temporary dam in Mission Creek and a temporary diversion pipe. The project included a significant environmental compliance effort. The project was located in a publicly sensitive area surrounded by businesses and vocal residents. The project required closure of the intersection for 18 months and a proactive public outreach effort. The project was completed successfully with the eventual appreciation from the neighborhood.
