When your Halloween costume doesn’t stop you from doing Control Balance Off… relish the challenge 🌭✨ See slide 2 for a pretty boss blooper. PSA: I definitely do not recommend doing this in a costume that covers your eyes and chokes you and makes you feel like you will die. This is for fun so keep your form critiques to yourself.

We traded the studio for the Pacific this weekend—chartering a boat to laugh, eat, drink, be silly and soak in the sunshine together. 🌊💙 (Also with a few husbands in tow to keep our drinks full and bring us snacks).
