Happy new year everyone! Despite having GERD, I still try to live my life to the fullest and encourage you to do the same! 🎉

This year, I booked my dream modeling job, traveled, reached new fitness goals, made a recipe book, rebranded GERD Health (with the help of tysm! ❤️). We even sold our first home & moved back to my home state of FL.

These are just the highlights of my year & I included Heartburn Elixir in every photo because my little invention seriously helped me so much - especially when traveling. ✈️

I can’t say it’s not difficult to be a small business owner, I had a complete breakdown on New Year’s Eve (yesterday) and have thought of quitting SO many times. But I want to push through, because of you - I’m so thankful for you, every subscription, order, review, like & comment keeps me going. 😭

The ability of being able to help others that share the same condition as me is what makes GERD Health so special. 🌿
