6 weeks of Tuesdays at 9:30, 75 minute class divided into:
-gentle, intelligent strengthening and core stabilization around our joints (spine, hip/knee, and shoulders)
-exercises to optimize nervous system function, parasympathetic states, and stress recovery
-kick-your-butt cardio/high-intensity challenging movements to strengthen your large muscle groups and leave you feeling both satisfied and energized 😄
