We have the supplies for you to make your own herbal butters from scratch for your loved ones this holiday season! Our favorites are roasted garlic butter- try roasting and pureeing a whole head of garlic and mixing it into the butter, and adding applewood smoked salt for magical garlic deliciousness to lather on everything. Or, try out making an herbalists’ favorite: Scarborough Fair butter- Parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme! 🌿

Matcha green tea powder is one of the most concentrated tea powders in the world and is high in antioxidants.

We offer a luxury grade Matcha that we use in our cafe at the roasterie, so you can enjoy this beautiful, verdant drink at home.

🌿Heat 8 0z of water or milk to approximately 175º, and pour 1-2 oz into a cup with 2 and 1/4 tsp matcha powder
🌿Using a traditional bamboo whisk, or a small metal whisk or frother combine the matcha powder & milk until the consistency is smooth.
🌿Add the rest of your milk or water, and enjoy.

Note: If you’re brave, we hear that if you use 2-3 times the amount of tea suggested and steep for 2-3 minutes that this can cut down on the astringency with plenty of active constituents for health.
