STAGEWORKS has been working on a series of modular rolling ground-support systems for our high resolution LED video wall, including solutions for touring and ground support for outdoor stages and festival ground packages.

To quote Tara Issel, Video technician on the Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros tour “It folds down in half, is on a rolling cart capable of going up or down a single truck ramp as well as a double, will sit on a full semi lift gate, fits through a standard fire door when folded down, and can be moved across a flat surface with just me if needed. “

The system is available in two formats of modules: 3.5m high by 2.5m wide (11’6” x 8’3” ) per module; or 4.5m high x 2.5 m wide (14’ 7” x 8’ 3”) per module for those not constrained by the need to go through standard fire doors or conceivably ride in a bus trailer while still being able to roll while folded in a standard truck.

The system can be rapidly deployed within the time constraints of a festival set change and is ideally suited to small venue touring.
Modules can be joined on a smooth surface to create larger rolling walls or the modules can be deployed separately to create stunning effects in unusual places.
