Coment your favorite way to use Kaolin and Bentonite Clays 😍

Tips:
🫶Use Apple Cider Vinegar with Bentonite to prevent excessive dryness.
🫶When using clay as a hair mask, keep the mask moist with Steam or cover hair in a plastic shower cap.
🫶 Add herbal/essential oils, aloe vera and butters for additional benefits

Clay masks are highly healing and great for deep cleansing your hair. I love to do a clay mask for it's clarifying benefits on my hair when i'm transitioning from a flat iron back to curly or vise versa. If your hair is dull, frizzy and/or your curls are not poping a clay mask treatment can clarify and deep cleanse your hair by drawing out dirt excess oil, impurities and hair product build-up that may be coating your hair and scalp.
I've had the best results using Apple cider vinegar with Bentonite Clay to balance out or neutralize its high Ph. Kaolin Clay also known as white clay is a soft versatile and milder than Bentonite Clay. It is great for preventing excessive dryness, with a ph of 6 which is close to skin/scalps natural ph. It's the most gental of all the clays. You don't need an acidic agent with this clay but you can acv or aloe Vera so it gently cleanses scalp and hair leaving them refreshed without over drying.
