2) He’s Restored: Is a 9 session, confidential, closed small group Bible study for men of any age who have had a role in one or more pregnancy’s resulting in an elective abortion(s) at some point in their past. This group is conducted in the same manner as She’s Restored.

4) Keys to Hope and Healing: Keys to Hope and Healing is the gateway to start a conversation about healing from abortion. It opens the door to start the journey and consists of six keys to work through as a group with a facilitator. The keys build on each other, digging a little deeper into the past hurt that abortion has caused and encourages participants to look at their own lives and make connections from their current emotions and behaviors to their abortion experience and find ways to work through them. Keys to Hope and Healing is offered for both men and women through separately written programs and is available in English and Spanish.

4) In His Arms: A one-on-one healing session for women or couples that have experienced miscarriage or infant loss and are seeking a grieving/healing process. Our leaders will meet with the individuals for one 2-to-4-hour private session.

5) Strong Moms Monthly Support Groups: Strong Moms is a drop-in style small group for women who are parenting without a partner physically present in the same home 75% to 100% of the time. We meet to encourage, grow, pray, and empower ourselves and each other to walk in our identity in Christ Jesus. Childcare, dinner and and beverages are provided.

6) Women in Recovery: – An open/drop-in style group for Women who need support and structure to gain and maintain sobriety from any type of addiction. The group meets on Tuesdays from 7:00pm to 8:00pm at Heritage Church NW in the Gather-Go-Grow classroom. This group is run and based on AA with a strong reliance on God’s Holy Word and the 12-step process. Coming soon:

2) Unraveled roots – Exposing the hidden causes of damaging behavior:

Today’s damaging behaviors and choices are often tied to yesterday’s childhood pain and other traumas that lie beneath the surface. Until we recognize this, we will continue to make the same poor choices. However, there is hope and we can help you break free.
