An amazing weekend was had by all! I had the privilege and honor of supporting Britta Bushnell in her immersion weekend childbirth class along with doula Jena Scott. So many deep, valuable takeaways as an educator caring for promised and new families. These couples took away an experience they will always remember as well as the strategies and insights that will guide their transition to parenthood and their transforming selves and relationships. Beautiful beyond words. I am forever grateful for Britta's apprenticeship for birth workers which is providing the platform for this deep, soulful learning.

Another commonly held belief that has no basis in reality. Don't believe everything you think.
A mom with small breasts can have just as much (or more!) milk-making tissue as a mom with large breasts.
