Osage orange (bois d'arc) tree that had one of its main leaders split in the storms.
We closed the gap with a masadam come along and installed 3 bolts to secure the limb and give it a chance to continue providing shade, while eliminating "holes" in the crown.

Osage orange (bois d'arc) uprooted during a storm and found the home to rest on, unfortunately.

5 holes punctured in roof, one big enough to peirce the attic and ceiling.

Tree safely removed and roof tarped!

With all the removals next to homes we've done here lately, this was a nice change of pace!

See why root barriers may be a benefit to you and your property!

This property in was having major foundation issues from the Ash tree roots!
We carefully trench the trouble area, prune the roots, and then install the barrier. It's that simple!

Here's more info 👇👇👇👇👇

Root barrier systems are barriers installed underground to deflect or inhibit the spread of tree roots, protecting structures like foundations, sidewalks, driveways, and utility lines from potential damage.
Tree roots naturally seek out water and nutrients, and if left unchecked, they can grow into these structures, causing cracks, upheaval, and even destabilization.
Root barriers help prevent costly repairs, while helping to maintain the structural integrity of your home and hardscapes, and can redirect root growth to maintain the health of the tree itself, especially in urban environments.
