Healthy Spaghetti Squash and Lean Beef Bowl

Ingredients:
6 oz cooked 95% lean Top round steak (1 leaner)
1 cup (5.46 oz) cooked Spaghetti Squash (2 green)
1/4 cup (1.59 oz) diced tomatoes (1/2 green)
1/4 cup (1.32 oz) sliced bell peppers (1/2 green)
1 1/2 oz mashed avocado (1 healthy fat)
1 tbsp sliced green onion (1 condiment)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and ribbing. Place on a baking sheet face up a pour roughly 1/4 cup water into the pan.

Roast for 30 to 40 minutes or until squash is soft enough to shred.

Measure out serving size of spaghetti squash and store the rest for later.

In the Spaghetti Squash shell add all of your ingredients in like the photo shows!
