High Five

When we do heavy work activities, messages are sent from receptors of our muscles and joints to the brain and this message tells our brain where your body is in space. It often helps to equalize our sensory system. That is very important for a child to feel safe!!!

High five is designed to help parents and caregivers navigate challenging behaviors in typical kids and special needs kids. It will help you identify the triggers and it will also guide you on the best strategies to address the behaviors. As an occupational therapist working with children for more than 20 years I have seeing a lot of behaviors and my goal is the help parents tackle the behavior while embracing the uniqueness of their children.
