Yesterday we helped Robert and family celebrate his 40th with a "Bar 40" theme that had an awesome look & vibe.

We had 6 Rob Themed drinks! It was a lot of fun.

They needed a caterer so Toth suggested and the client used Maison Privé out of the G.E. Brown kitchen in Bedford, NY.

Food was amazing! Filet Mignon with grilled Salmon and Grilled Salmon with lovely salad selections. Before the buffet we had passed hors d'oeuvres with mini cheeseburgers that were delicious!!!

Thank you to my staff Chef Derry Healy, Bartender Matt Wolpe, Bartender Lisa B, Wait Staff Nie Nie Kheng & Antoinette Roberts & Chef Andrew Suarez for helping us make it a magical event. I was on site from 12PM to about 12:30AM.
