PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) can affect anyone who has experienced or witnessed a traumatic event. By learning the signs, reducing stigma and encouraging those who are struggling to seek support, we can help those impacted feel seen and be understood.

Valhalla High School Students had the opportunity to tour Just Chippy's, a new cookie shop in North White Plains. They heard firsthand from owner Kendall about her inspiring journey from working for the FBI to pursuing her dream of baking full-time. Students learned what it takes to start and run a small business, including the planning and costs involved. Kendall even guided students through making cookie dough -- an experience they won't soon forget.
