Food for thought today! Why is the market so incredibly good right now? With rates unbelievably low a buyer has more purchasing power. This was based off of a 3.75% rate and rates today are around 3% and lower. Affordability is better today than it was a hear ago even though prices were lower.

The demand for homes in SCV is high. Buyers are moving out of the dense areas and looking for more space in SCV. Most of our listing we are getting offers from out of area buyers.
Many people we talk to say commuting may not be a factor at their job anymore. Changing to working from home since permanently which impacts where they can live. SCV is safer, great schools, and get more 🏡 for your money 💰

Buyers need have changed. Home Gyms or good garage space is a higher priority, Home Office vs Guest Quarters are more appealing and a place for the kids to do school work.
