Why?

I’ve been reading . Today I pondered what happened to the younger me that shamed vulnerability.

Perhaps you guard yourself like me, not trusting many with the sacred space of the heart.

But do you see others as weak when they open up to you? Probably not anymore than I do — which is not at all.

I am training myself to recognize what shame feels like to my body. Because sometimes the body recognizes it before the mind.

My hope is to catch it, acknowledge it, and then choose trust and openness.

Transformation really happens by making one different choice at a time. Yet, while it’s an easy solution it’s a difficult practice.

Do you armor up when it comes to vulnerability? 💛bK

While PG&E resets the power grid we will be Resetting our heats and mind to the Father’s heart. Two days away! And our conference is one of the few places in town with electricity and WiFi! 😂 thank you God for keeping the power outage away from this event! .

If you’re coming from out of town. Call your hotel to ensure they have power.
