I’d been laid off from my corporate job and was searching for something new. I found it in a local, independent Real Estate firm and there, a whole new world opened up. Yes, but FUN! I discovered that I love doing what most people do not enjoy. So, at the beginning of 2019, with the blessing and support of my husband and my then employers, I started my own independent Transaction Coordination business. Thank you (you know who you are). In the last 4 years, I’ve made it my priority to learn as much detail as I can about the Transaction Coordination piece of this industry. And one of the things I love so much is that there is always something NEW to learn. This keeps it interesting and more importantly, affords me the opportunity to become better. My knowledge, systems and organizational skills are constantly morphing into a better version and it’s so much fun. This is true not just in business, but in life. Operating at a level of “Top Production” is very important in business and providing the best possible service you can, but consistent growth in life is equally important. Over the last several years, I’ve done a ton of research on how to become a better version of myself and I’ll never stop learning. The beauty of that is that it often times translates over to how my business is run and I love sharing what I learn so you’ll see some of that on this page.
