As a blogger, a mother of two and with a full-time career one of the things I’m often asked is
"How on earth did you find the time to start all this?”

For as long as I can remember, I've loved to share my passions, peeves, and points of view with others around me. Raising Ralphie has added immense value to my life, and I love having the chance to share my passions, challenges raising an autistic

****Long post but worth it!****

💪🏽✨ Huge shoutout to our amazing trainer  with Fit Habits LLC for yesterday’s workout session with my husband and our son Ralph. Watching Tony work with Ralph reminded me why finding the right trainer makes all the difference.

His patience, encouragement, and creativity kept Ralph fully engaged—and most importantly, having fun! 🧩❤️

For our autistic kiddos, regular exercise isn’t just about fitness—it’s about improving mobility, flexibility, focus, and cardiovascular health. Every movement builds strength and confidence in ways that reach far beyond the gym.

Thank you, Tony, for creating a space where our family can move, grow, and celebrate progress together. 🌟

A Gift of Joy: Supporting Autism Families This Holiday Season

This year, we are on a mission to change that. With your help, we aim to raise $8,000 to provide grocery store gift cards to families in our autism community. These gift cards will ensure that parents don’t have to choose between essential expenses and creating a memorable holiday for their children.

Imagine the relief of a parent who can fill their table with food that meets their child’s dietary needs. Picture the joy of a family sharing a warm meal, knowing their community supports them. Your contribution—whether it’s $5, $50, or $500—can make that happen.

Haircut day is always the hardest day for us! It is usually filled with high anxiety, tears, and negotiating, mainly from me. But today was one of the easiest haircuts I have ever given him. I think God knew I needed easy today! Look at him, isn't he handsome!❤️❤️😍😍😍♥️♥️

***Long Appreciation Post***
13 years ago, I was given what I perceived as the worst news of my entire life. My son was on the autism spectrum. Little did I know this wild journey would help me discover so many things about life, love, the strength, and courage that lies within all of us. This loveable, smart, special young boy has given all of our lives such a rich purpose. I will admit I was so scared of what life would be like with him, now I can not imagine a 🌎 world without him.

Autism is never the end it is the beginning of seeing the world 🌎 so differently. It focuses on what truly matters and celebrates the 🏆 🍾 progress, big or small. There will be tough days ahead, but the joy he brings to our family outweighs the bad. Celebrate Autism Acceptance Month by supporting programs and nonprofits who support this community ❤️. I advocate for my son and those who can not advocate for themselves! 🥰💙 Ralph's Mom
