As mothers we wear so many hats and often when we face medical issues we think we need to keep up with everything.

As most of my community knows this year has been a challenge as I’m adjusting after three major surgeries and too many hospitalizations During a — pandemic.

To go through a complete Hysterectomy at 39 and drastically change Emotionally has been a process.

Let’s be real
“Life has been extra”
As women we have such strength
And our body will adjust no matter what our brain might say.

Today I am Grateful For my Family and Friends and for all the positive in my life and I WILL find a purpose in the Pain I’m experiencing.

My Goal is to continue to be a Positive Influence with children and the way the food they eat is directly related to Growing into a Healthy adult.

I only wish I would have started sooner but it’s never too late to love your body, it’s the only one you will ever get.















Not many women want to be transparent about this subject but God knows I keep it real and 1 in 4 women can relate so I will continue to share
