Where! Salon in Upland
This is an opening for an Aesthetician and Hairstylist at Where Salon Upland, CA.
As the only Aesthetician you will be responsible for your own back-bar and laundry. (no washer and dryer on site) All equipment is supplied, and the owner will supply retail. You make your own hours, Tuesday through Saturday. This is a rental or commission position.
As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing various hair care services to clients, such as cutting, coloring, and styling hair. You will need to have all of your own equipment and do your own laundry.(no washer and dryer on site) Flexible schedule full-time or part-time, choose your own hours, Tuesday through Saturday. Rental or commission, owner will supply all back-bar for hairstylist.
We give you access to our facilities and you bring in your clients or we can provide you with new clientele walk-ins. Shared front room for hair stylist or full room rental for aesthetician. You also will receive 15% of retail products sold.
Valid cosmetology/aesthetician license is required. Product knowledge classes will be offered and advancing education classes are available.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A passion for beauty trends, retail sales, and upselling services/products.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual performance.
