Today we celebrate the incredible people who keep practices running, care for patients, support their teammates, and make a lasting impact every single day.

Before we were consultants, we were team members.

Our team spent years working inside orthodontic practices as assistants, treatment coordinators, office managers, and leaders long before they ever stepped into consulting. These throwback photos are a reminder of where it all started.

We've experienced the early mornings, the busy schedules, the patient celebrations, the team lunches, the challenges, and the relationships that make this profession so special. Those experiences continue to shape how we serve practices today.
