Losing someone to substance use disorder changes the shape of your life. And for a lot of people, the hardest part is feeling like they have to carry that grief alone.

That’s why Overdose Lifeline created Lifeline for Loss and Peer Grief Helpers. Spaces where people who understand this kind of loss can show up for each other honestly, without judgment or needing to explain every part of their pain.
